welcome to the syracuse university equestrian club team!
Competing for nearly thirty years, the Syracuse University English Equestrian Team has matured into one of the top teams in its division. The team combines riders of all experiences and backgrounds into a diverse group, which not only emphasizes dedication, aptitude, and horsemanship but also fun, friendships, and a passion for riding. Lessons, competitions, and team activities help build pride, determination, and a sense of community. Horse shows are individual and team competitions, both demanding and exciting with members constantly alternating between preparing to ride, competing in the ring, and bundling up in the stands to cheer on teammates. Like most competitive teams, membership is comprised of riders who have been selected after a routine try-out process.
